I bought the wrong size. Can I get an exchange?
Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your package. We only accept exchanges on unwashed / unworn items that still have their tear-away tags attached. Please allow extra processing time for a replacement, as it may need to be made on demand.
How long does shipping take?
All packages are sent via USPS ground shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item has been shipped. Please allow at least a week for your package to be delivered to you.
Order times are extended if we are attending a convention. We will ship out products ordered during those times after we return. We update our convention list regularly with new conventions.
I’m not in the USA. Will you pay the international fees/customs?
Unfortunately not. All international fees are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping is automatically calculated on checkout.
